Access is direct and independent almost like a townhouse , at the entrance a place reserved for your skis and boots , you will take the stairs and then arrive in a large living room where you can snuggle up by the fire . If you like to cook , all the equipment is at your disposal , oven , induction cooktop , microwave... The 2 bedrooms both have a bathroom ,a flat screen,(bed linen as well as towels are provided ). A washing and dryer area is available in the apartment . A parking space is available . The entire apartment is for guests At your disposal, I will be there to give you advice , good addresses , babysitter,and all the information you will need . Walk the pedestrian streets to access the many bars, restaurants and shops. The bus to the ski resorts is only 150 meters away. In the winter, there is a Christmas market here, while in summer, the runners of the Ultra-Trail of Mont Blanc Stroll the pedestrianized streets to reach the many bars, restaurants and boutiques. Chamonix station is not very far (5 minutes walking ) , and if you come by car you will have parking space available . You have parking space available for you. Linens and towels are provided . Cozy and spacious 1 bedroom apartment (48 m2). for 1 to 4 people in the heart of Chamonix! In a quiet location yet close to the Aiguille du midi cable car, shops, restaurants, train and bus station. Free parking. The main bus station is 5 minutes walking. You can reach the different ski areas by bus in 5 to 30 minutes or in 10 minutes walking for the closer (Brévent-flégère). Fully equipped kitchen, with a balcony. The large windows located in the south offer an incredible view on Mont Blanc.

My accommodation is near the Rocher d'Escalade des Gaillands Chamonix, and the Gaillands Lake. View of Aiguille du Midi. 25-min. walk from the center of Chamonix, or 5 min. by car, bus, and train to the center. From thee, you can get to the ski slope. Small shopping center nearby, a pharmacy... . You will enjoy my accommodation for the comfort, the people, the quiet location, its terrace, and its garden. My accommodation is perfect for couples and solo travelers.
