Monthly Rentals in Chao Khun Sing

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The apartment is clean, bright, and newly renovated, with a stunning city view from the window! It is fully equipped for self-cleaning and long-term stays, offering plenty of storage space as well. We also loved the condo itself. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the building offers great amenities, including a pool on the 6th floor with a beautiful city view, a gym with a yoga room, a basketball court, and a rooftop coworking space. While the apartment doesn’t have a washing machine, there are two laundry facilities in the building. There are also several nearby conveniences, including 7-Eleven, Tops, a Taobin drink vending machine, and Parlour Coffee, a cozy café offering breakfast. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the Bang Kapi shopping mall. The nearest metro station is also a 30-minute walk away, which may not always be the most convenient for frequent metro travel. The host was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with?

The apartment is great and has everything you need like washing machine and cups/plates. As others have said it’s far from everything but if you use grab bike it’s not too much of an issue. There’s a 7/11 at the end of the lane and the actual apartment building and people are nice. A quiet area to enjoy coming back too.
