The apartment is on a second floor, in the heart of Chapala, two blocks from the esplanade, park, and restaurants, and three blocks from the main square, market, banks, and food stalls. The apartment is very easy to access and is a very quiet place to rest. It has a touch of simplicity and spaciousness. The bedroom has a balcony facing south and overlooking the interior garden where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings and spend quiet moments. It will be a pleasure to welcome you.

Guanajuato is a charming studio in the heart of Ajijic. Note that due to low ceilings the suite is not suitable for tall people and that the bed is double-sized and may feel a bit small for two adults sharing. Only two blocks from the main square at the San Andres church, and two blocks from the lake Chapala boardwalk it is a brief walk to numerous restaurants, galleries, various kinds of shopping and more. As a guesthouse we have housekeeper with onsite presence Monday through Saturday.

You’ll have use of our palapa and heated pool, and we have great restaurants nearby. Villa Nova is a lovely neighborhood west of the village. Our friendly dogs, Chaquita and Rosie, will want a hello, but you can close the gated garden area for privacy. You will have a refrigerator, hot plate, coffee pot, microwave, dishes, and grill. No children under 12, please, because of the pool. The suite is perfect for 1 to 4 people, not any more than 4.
