Monthly Rentals in Chapel Saint Leonards

Had a lovely long weekend here. The house was spotless modern, spacious, with comfortable sofas and beds. The shower was good and towels were provided. There was space to park our 2 cars easily and it was walkable into Chapel St Leonards (10 mins to mini supermarket, 15 mins to restaurants, pubs, take outs and beach).

We had the most wonderful time at ‘Miles by the sea,’ the house is modern, warm and comfortable. We spent lots of time sitting in the kitchen at the large table. My four young children had a lovely time playing in the huge garden and we loved the gigantic beaches, and spent a great deal of time walking up and down them, especially when the tide was out. The North Sea Observatory has fantastic views, delicious cakes and cold beer on tap, there was also activities throughout the week for the children. We walked to the amusement arcades every day, where we ate fish and chips and ate ice creams- we also ate in the cafe, which was very good value. It was our first visit to Lincolnshire, we mainly go to Suffolk, We had the best time - it’s our new favourite place. We would live to come back! Absolutely lovely stay at Shelley’s the place was immaculate, tastefully decorated & peaceful surroundings.

The cottage was absolutely perfect for the two of us and our cockapoo. Beautifully clean and very elegant. The extra touches of milk, snacks and drinks were much appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised to see dog bowls and dog treats for your fur babies. We took advantage of the instructions for a local dog walk which our Jessie enjoyed. The kitchen had everything you needed and the dinnerware and cutlery were lovely. There was enough supplies to make a cuppa tea/coffee as soon as you arrived with a selection of biscuits and cleaning supplies for afterwards. The bedroom was lovely, the furniture, decoration and bed linen made it very attractive. The bathroom was pleasant with an array of toiletries so no need to bring anything other than your towels. The living room had a comfy sofa and a lounging chair, we enjoyed a night in watching netflix and a takeaway delivered by Just Eat. One of my favourite extras was the 'forgotten box' which held a small amount of personal items ❤️
