Monthly Rentals in Chapin

This cute house was very convenient to where me daughter lives. It is a newer home and is de orated with a cute rooster theme. The home was very clean and had all the amenities to have a comfortable stay. It is also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the lake. It would be perfect for a summer stay.

Mira’s home is wonderful, very clean, might be the cleanest home we’ve visited, it’s very well stocked, honestly all we needed to bring was our clothes!! We felt right at home in Mira’s home. The backyard is so peaceful and well landscaped we really enjoyed our afternoon’s in the sunshine. Mira is very responsive! We had an issue, or we thought we did, and Mira responded immediately, it really wasn’t an issue but knowing that Mira was there so fast made it very assuring for us. Ohhhh!! And the mattresses are amazing! Never have we had such comfortable mattresses in an AirB&B! I’m asking Mira what brand they are and getting one for myself! Mira is friendly and cares about her guests that visit her home.

Exactly as advertised. A studio apartment attached to the owners home. Not fancy, it a perfect base to enjoy the lake

Rhonda was always willing to help with anything I needed. During Hurricane Helen we lost power and water. Rhonda traveled to North Carolina and picked up a generator to take care of us. Rhonda is willing to go the extra mile to ensure her guests have a great stay in her guests house. I will definitely stay there again.
