Villa vacation rentals in Charlotte

The home was the perfect location for our girls weekend. It had enough bedrooms and large areas for accommodating everyone - like dining room, living room, outdoor spaces. There were plenty of activities at the house to keep everyone entertained, if needed. Everything was as described in the listing and the host is very responsive. The location is peaceful and quiet, but close to uptown and the happening spots in Charlotte, if you had events to do. I would stay here again.

What a joy to wake up to that magnificent view, from a beautiful condo, so zen, so well designed. It is conducive to everything positive. The prompt and courteous response by the owners to any questions makes the stay all the more a 5 star experience. Can’t wait to go back.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I can't say enough how wonderful this rental is. The photos does not due the property justice. This vacation exceeded my expectations tenfold. The vacation included my parents and my 11YO border collie. My border collie loves swimming but is older and not able to jump from the dock, however was able to use the beach with ease. Loved going on a morning walks down the street littered with amazing lake views from both sides of the peninsula then using the fire pit in the evenings by the lake. We ended up night fishing with great success; my dad caught 20 fish in one night! As for local recommendations, we followed the dinner recs to the letter without disappoint. The only negative, besides going home 🙄 , was the living room furniture isn't the most comfortable as the couch is a bit lower than typical. However, this was very minor as our main places to lounge revolved around the lake and outdoor features. Overall, I have no regrets and will definitely return

You will enjoy your meals looking out at the lake, a cozy fire and a lake view, or lounging lazily on a memory foam mattress with the lake in view. However, the view isn’t all you will enjoy. There are enough televisions for everyone’s tastes, games, beach towels, a pool, deck furniture, a fire pit, and a covered dock. Surely everyone will find something to do. I was really impressed at how clean the house was, how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the thoughtfulness of providing toiletries/Kleenex. Mike and Jorge are definitely super hosts!

Perfect place for a weekend stay, centrally located with easy access and parking too. The house is dog friendly with a fenced yard which is a plus. Easy check-in instructions.

A lovely and inviting home with everything we could hope for to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. Melanie and the other team members responded quickly and warmly to our questions. We would love to return and are glad to refer this home to our friends and family.

We hosted our small wedding at the home and it was absolutely perfect. Irina was responsive and helped with any questions I had. I would, and already have, recommend this place to people. I would do it all again for my perfect day. The house was spotless, beautiful, and had everything we needed.

Great home we truly enjoyed this beautiful home. Even though it snowed we couldn't do anything outside the house. The house kept us occupied with all the amenities. The jacuzzi, wrap around porch, game room was definitely a plus. Every room had a TV. The kitchen was the gathering spot, enough space of 14 of us. Perfect summer home and will definitely return
