Cottage on the edge of a pond and river (Vézère), composed of living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Private garden, barbecue available, parking. Quiet location, surrounded by nature, close to all amenities (5 min from shopping malls). Numerous tourist activities in the vicinity: walks, museums, sports... The cottage is located on a plot of land comprising two houses (one of which I occupy) as shown in the last photo.

For your business trips ,we are only 5kms from the industrial area of the North of Lot (ANDROS ,Pierrot Gourmand...) Our studio is equipped with fiber.

This very atypical old house, a former 17th century stone mill as well as its small stream, will offer you calm, tranquility and serenity. Located a few strides from Lake Causse, at the crossroads of Corrèze, Dordogne and Lot, its location is ideal and will allow you to discover various tourist, cultural, sports or gastronomic sites: Sarlat, Rocamadour, Collonges-la-Rouge, the Lascaux caves, hiking, water activities.

From the terrace, you can look out over the valley opposite and the wooded hills that stretch to the far horizon in the west. The sunsets are simply marvellous and leave you speechless. The small house is suitable for 2 people. Three people can also stay here, but then you should know each other well :-).
