Located in Verruyes in the Deux-Sèvres in the heart of Gatine in a green setting and a Horizon as far as the eye can see, surrounded by Dogs and Horses, (Elevage Canin), the rock cottage offers a comfortable accommodation. You are less than an hour from Futuroscope, Puy-du-Fou, La Rochelle and Marais Poitevin. A swimming pool access from June to September, is offered from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M. AND FROM 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. children remain under the responsibility of their parents. Hiking: Walking, hosting horses .

Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of two houses set in 6 acres of private land. We can accommodate up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests exclusive and flexible use of the many public and private areas - perfect for multi generational family use. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). Guests have the use of our 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and the parkland.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

The Apartment was completely refurbished in late 2021 and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.Airy and bright,there are great views across to the City and the centre of Parthenay is a 5 minute walk.Other attractions nearby are Futuroscope,Puy du Fou,Marais Poitevin and the city of Parthenay itself.The kitchen is fully equipped.There is a washing machine,central heating,FrenchTV and Wifi.There is a private patio for dining al fresco.

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).
