Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Lixouri! This house exceeded all expectations — immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with a stylish and modern touch, and incredibly convenient for everything you could need. It’s ideally located for exploring all the stunning nearby beaches, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What made it even more special was the thoughtful attention to families: the house was wonderfully equipped for a little toddler, with a comfy crib, toys, and little touches that made us feel completely at home. It’s clear the hosts truly care and go the extra mile. Highly recommended for anyone, including families — you’ll feel relaxed, welcomed, and truly taken care of in this lovely home. We can’t wait to visit again!

Neofitos was very helpful and fast in responding. We got also some fruits and delicious greece food from him and his mother. The view from the appartment is great. You see some nice hills, the sea and the mountain.

We’ve just returned from the most wonderful time in this apartment. Really comfortable and well equipped. The pool and surrounding gardens are beautifully maintained and it’s a quiet and relaxing place. A perfect location for exploring Kephalonia - we discovered lovely beaches at Petani and Myrtos but the local one - a 3 minute walk away is lovely too. All in all this is a great find and we’d love to visit again. We highly recommend Sea Shells!
