Escape to the country and relax - only 1h30 from London! Wonderful walks straight from the doorstep. Perfect for weekend breaks and exploring the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford, Warwick and Bicester Village. Large two storey, light and bright open plan ex-granary with living space on the first floor overlooking our garden. Entirely self-contained unit in a very quiet location on the edge of the village. The Granary forms one side of a courtyard and we live in the farmhouse on another side.

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating ,compact but with sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at back. Underfloor heated lovely spacious comfortable beds rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Minutes from J10 of the M40, we are conveniently located for RH England (5 mins), Bicester Village (15 mins), Soho Farmhouse (22 mins), Blenheim Palace (20 mins), Silverstone (20 mins) and Oxford (25 mins) . The barn has a big open space with wood burning stove, large TV and open plan kitchen. The mezzanine has two single beds and free-standing bath. The main bedroom and shower room and WC are in the old stables.
