Our lodge accommodates up to 6 adults, with both a child & dog friendly set up.

A high quality self-contained ground floor annexe which is part of the main house, but with totally separate access consisting of a double bedroom, lounge and shower room with free onsite parking. We are a short walk from the central campus of Warwick University and only 3 miles from the centre of Coventry and train station. There are also many other towns within easy reach such as Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth and Birmingham.

Gaze at the sky, sit by the bonfire, spot the local wildlife and walk or cycle the beautiful nearby woods. We are actively rewilding, check out our native plants maze! There are cows, chickens, cats and wildlife on the farm, sheep in near by fields.

The lodge has been completely renovated to a high standard throughout. The lodge enjoys great views of the lake and surrounding gardens. The onsite tennis courts are close by, as is the children's play area, and table tennis facilities - all are free for guest to use. The property sleeps up to six people in 3 bedrooms - Master with king size bed, guest room with double bed, third guest room with twin single beds.
