My husband, our toddler, and I had the best little weekend here. Restful, serene, a cozy, the tiny house was a perfect getaway out of the city. We loved the farm animals and my toddler especially loved the alpaca and dog, Caspian. And the stars on a clear night were beautiful! The hosts were very friendly and responsive and made us feel welcome while also giving us privacy. Very glad to have found such a beautiful place close by to visit when we need some relaxation.

This is a wonderful Airbnb for a group. We stayed for my son's wedding, and having four King beds is a unique find. There is a lot of seating in a large TV room. It is close to the freeway, but the bedrooms have white noise machines (thank you!). Having a squeaky-clean hot tub is a bonus! The location is close to everything, too.

Samantha's place is beautiful and comfortable. She is a great host and easy to communicate with. Her home is exactly as pictured. Very clean. Knowing it was pet friendly I was a little concerned how clean it would be. It was delightful! Not a trace of pet hair from previous guests. Easy check in and out! Highly recommend.

We chose Milo's place mainly for its convenient location, as my son was having oral surgery at a dentist's office just half a mile away. However, the home exceeded our expectations! It was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Milo and Shannon added thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine and snacks, which made our stay even more welcoming. Our first night happened to be Super Bowl Sunday, and we had trouble getting the game on the TV. I reached out for help, and Shannon responded right away, ensuring we didn’t miss a moment of the game. Their attentiveness and hospitality truly made a difference. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend Milo’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-hosted home!

Jill's very charming home was a comfortable place to stay close to family while in Chico for Thanksgiving (and I even discovered a family connection to the original owner of the house thanks to the cool historical information she included in the welcome book)! Jill was very welcoming and left her place unusually well stocked for guests, communicated clearly and quickly, and the place was exactly as described, with clear instructions for using amenities like the fireplace. The location is an easy walk from both downtown and Bidwell Park and couldn't be better. My two teenage daughters and I had a great stay (they both said it was so cute) and recommend highly.

Really enjoyed a recent stay at the Sunset House with some relatives. House is clean, cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable time. Hottub and outdoor shower are great and we enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and roomy living spaces. Perfect for movie-watching on the couch or reading at the breakfast nook. House is close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. Chico State, Bidwell Park, Highway 99, and restaurants and shopping are mere minutes away. Would definitely stay again, it's a fantastic value as well. My relatives don't like hotels, so finding a space where everyone is happy is a big plus.

Amazing Stay! Exactly as Described!” We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The property is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The huge backyard was a fantastic space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, and the pool was a bonus. It’s perfect for families or anyone who enjoys a little extra room to unwind. The host was truly excellent—super responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Our little family enjoyed our stay at April's place, my kids enjoyed the space and just being able to be kids away from home. The hosts are quick to answer any questions and just overall very accommodating, we were Hoping to stay longer but unfortunately it was booked already for that time, hopefully we will be able to enjoy a stay in the future again. Definitely worth it!!! Not to mention the sunsets from the backyard were so beautiful at night with the orchards 🥰 Thanks Again for being a superstar host!!

Great place in a great location in the center of Chico. A little bit of ‘downtown noise’ but less than I expected given the location. Plenty of windows giving lots of light and even a view of the iconic Senator Tower and Chico Water Towers. Would definitely stay again.
