Private & very spacious, with it's own fenced yard. You'll feel tucked away, but it's a quick 5 min drive to downtown. There is a full kitchen, with all the basics and coffee, a living room to relax in, and a full sized bedroom with a queen bed. No TV. A/C, heat, bathroom with shower. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for several days or more. It's a duplex connected to the main house, The entrance is on a different side, so it feels totally separate. You MUST have GREAT reviews to rent it.

Fox at the Park (Downtown/Bidwell Park)

Located a hop skip and a jump (literally) from lower Bidwell Park, Fox at the Park Airbnb is the perfect location to call your Chico home away from home. Walking distance to downtown, farmers market, shops and restaurants, you’ll feel right at home and have access to all of Chico’s main draws. Also nearby is Chico State University, and Enloe Hospital. Designed with guests in mind, 2 large bedrooms have comfortable beds and linens. An air mattress is provided for additional sleeping space.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
