A very nice and comfortable place for all 4 guests. It had two bathrooms that was quite helpful to us. We did not use the washing machine but it was appreciated that there was one. Quite close to the historic center of Santiago. Also the place was quite quiet, that is highly esteemed.

Excellent accommodation! We had a very good and pleasant experience in Valentina's apartment. The place is very comfortable and has everything you need to have a pleasant stay in Puerto Varas. Unbeatable location just a few steps from downtown, allowing you to walk to nearby shops, restaurants and attractions. Valentina is a great host and was always very nice to us, with excellent communication and always ready to guide us. We would definitely choose Valentina's accommodation again on a future visit to Puerto Varas. Highly recommended!

The flat was great, with good equipment. Hot and strong water shower. Excellent towels 😀 and good bedding and very comfortable mattresses. Roberto's staff very attentive, answering our questions very quickly. They also suggested tours and were always contacting us to find out if everything was okay. The only village is the area where it is located, although close to the metro and with several supermarkets, there are no good restaurants needing to move us. As it is in a street of great movement, at night it is a little noisy, but by 11:00 pm the flow of cars falls a lot and it didn't bother us to sleep. A tip, in the bakery in front of the building has a very tasty profitelores😋.

The house is beautiful in a very nice and quiet environment, special to rest. Very comfortable and clean beds. However, the toilet leaves a lot to be desired, especially for spider webs, long-standing. The dining chairs, do not have a solid seat ( the sponge is thin and you sit on uneven wood) The host is very friendly and courteous.

A place with incredible tranquility, ideal to disconnect from the tireless life in the city, total relaxation, the house with all the necessary amenities, close to the beach and necessary places, we will definitely return.

The house is very comfortable, excellent distribution of the bedrooms, very equipped, the kitchen area and dining area excellent to be sharing. The beautiful country decoration, very well cared for garden, the quincho area with the stove ideal for making an asado by the pool. Simply wonderful.

This triplex is an amazing place to visit at any time, but for the weary traveller this place was paradise. A kitchen equipped for anything, amazing water pressure and hot water, washing machines and dryer. Each floor and bedroom unique and so creative. It really is the kind of home away from home that Air BnB was set up to provide.Friendly and helpful hosts and such an incredible location with amazing views from each floor. I will be back!

As every month, our stay in Adrian and Claudia's apartment is a pleasure, we felt at home. The building, is a quiet place, with very friendly residents, close to many tourist spots and to eat rich.

I had an amazing stay at Loreto’s apartment in San Joaquin. Loreto is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and was always quick to reply to any concern I might have. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided in advance. The space itself was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a super comfortable bed. Working in Las Condes, the metro station being a stone’s throw away was very helpful and connected me to the rest of the city. Loreto provided great recommendations for services nearby and the apartment itself had everything you might need, like an actual home. If I’m ever in Santiago again, I would return to Loreto’s apartment in a heartbeat and I would recommend it to anybody.

The depto perfectly complied with what was offered by the page. The host was always worried about our arrival, as well as at the time of check out he also cared about visiting us and having a nice conversation. Even, having problems with one of the phones with the low internet signal (movistar) offered me at no cost a portable router for Wi-Fi. It should indicate that I was informed that the apartment did not have a Wi-Fi connection. Fully recendable as a host.
