Monthly Rentals in Chilhowee Mountain

We had an amazing stay at Janie’s place! From the easy check-in process to the quick communication, everything was seamless. The space was beautifully maintained, and you could tell they’ve thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved spending time on the river—it was the perfect way to relax. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Nick's place is quiet, clean, and just like it is described in the ad. The only caution I have is that the house is located on a narrow curvy road. As soon as you come out of a curve, the house is on your right so take caution. I advise you arrive during daylight hours, the road is easier to negotiate during the day.

One of the absolute best rental homes I've ever stayed in. Great quiet neighborhood, home was immaculate, every inch spotless. Decorated beautifully, very comfortable. Private backyard with fully functioning and clean hot tub overlooking the mountains was fantastic. Bed linens and towels were premium, and the house has nice touches throughout. Great shower and comfortable seating in the living room. Communication from Megan was excellent- timely and friendly. Easy entry to the house, no issues at all and everything was exact to the description. The house is a bit in the country but only 15 minutes from downtown Maryville with plenty of restaurants and stores. It's worth calling out as well- no long laundry list of chores you're required to do upon leaving. That was a very nice change versus most of the rentals these days that have a big cleaning fee AND make you do a bunch of work before you leave. This was a nice change and much appreciated!
