nicoletta has an amazing place. she thought about all the small details to provide the guess everything they need for their stay. the house is beautiful and very clean, the furnitures are high quality. Nicoletta always answer fast to every message and provided fast and professional service. she has 2 very cute dogs that I enjoyed them around. highly recommend!

Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

This property is located in a great location. Very easy to walk to all attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets. I would definitely recommend this location due to its location. Host and their partner were very kind.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Alberto and Gina were nice hosts, due to their hospitality we felt welcomed. The kids loved the Nutella and toast bread as welcome gift. Gina suggested some nice bakery in the area and helped us find our way easier to Venice. Thanks!

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. Dear Nicola & Francesco - We have had a wonderful 5 night stay in your home - it is beautifully presented , a location dream - just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Venice , with local supermarkets x 2 , restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes and 20 mins from St Marks square walking slowly . We’ve used the water buses , walked a lot , seen so much of your beautiful Venice . When we return it will be to your beautiful apartment . Giovanna has been on the lookout for the entire time of our stay. He was quick to respond, very friendly and with very good recommendations. Nos facilitó sitio to leave suitcases once checked out. The apartment is small but we were all 4 very well. The location is perfect for strolling and plenty of places to eat nearby. We would come back!

Maurizio and Francesca's place offers all the comforts of home, a quiet location, and a home with attention to detail. You have it, I can cook because everything you need is there!

Valeria’s place was a walkable distance to everything in Venice. She and Matteo were very friendly and would gladly stay at their place again!

Elena's place is very well designed. There is nothing missing for a pleasant stay (very well-equipped kitchen, basic ingredients, umbrellas and sun hats to cope with all situations!). The decor is stylish (we really enjoyed the reproductions of paintings), guides and books are available. We are far from impersonal apartments. We had chosen this neighborhood (West Dorsoduro) that we didn't know yet. We loved it! The calm, the authenticity, the small cafes and restaurants, the proximity to the Zattere which makes it easy to circulate everywhere, the proximity also to Piazzale Roma (10 minutes) which avoids carrying suitcases throughout the city. Elena is extremely responsive and accommodating. Thanks to her.

My family of four really enjoyed this space. The location was perfect, very walkable to various places but private and quiet in the mornings and evenings. The apartment was spacious and sufficient amenities. Cristina was helpful with instructions on the heating when, provided several restaurant recommendations, and was very communicative about how to check in/out. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

Excellent accommodation, you can take the bus near the apartment to go to Venice. but the best thing was the attention of Sara and her family, they are very friendly, I would definitely go back here to leave

Check-in was easy to understand, as well as information about the surrounding facilities and bus stops to get to Venice.The kitchen was easy to use, and there was a supermarket nearby, so we had a pleasant time.Venice is about 30 minutes from the house, so it was not difficult to take the bus every day during my 3-night stay. Jessica, the host, always took care of us during our stay.This home is a great place to stay in Venice.

Beatrice is the most valuable host we ever had. We were surprised to meet her near the water boat station, where she and her husband helped us with the suitcases. She gave us any information we asked for: that was more than helpful, given that Venice is a "complicated" city. The apartment was clean and perfectly equipped. Next time we visit Venice, we will book at Beatrice's place again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Laura’s beautiful condo on the Grand Canal. Arrival was easy…we were provided excellent directions to self check in after dark. The location is amazing! We loved sitting and watching and listening to sounds of the traffic on the canal. The rooms are beautifully decorated and you feel like you stepped back in time. The bath/shower is unique but it adds to the general ambiance of the place. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit!!

It was simply beautiful!! Only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!!!

Novella's house is conveniently located 5 minutes' walk from Venice Santa Lucia station. The apartment is very clean vintage style and complete with every comfort. Behind the house there is a very nice public park suitable for children, picnic areas and for the older people the "outdoor gym" is available; it is located in the central area and in about a 30-minute walk you can reach Piazza San Marco. I definitely recommend it

Accommodation perfectly as advertised. Thoughtful and very responsive owner. The pizzas da Luca to take away right next door absolutely delicious. Just note that without a car the journey to Venice is a little long (bus then Tram or train) and that with small children it can be a little complicated. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The apartment was really clean and nice! Host answered our requests quickly and very kindly! The restaurant host recommended was also good, so we can enjoy our trip in Italy. If I come to Italy again, i’ll definetly stay here!
