Eco friendly house in nature with a nice view.

Modern house with a nice view. Eco friendly home which produces its own electricity. The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. Ekologicky, produkujeme vlastnu elektriku, zberame dazdovu vodu, ohrev vody solarom.

Apartment in family house

Our Apartment is part of family house where we live. It has separated entrance and it is separated from our part of house. Apartment contains one big sleeping room, one smaller sleeping room, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Our house is situated in quiet location 5 minutes drive from historical city center (taxi ~5€) of Trenčín. In summer days guest can use the garden with beautiful view on mountains for relaxation. Parking is directly in the garden next to house.

You can reach the city center in 10 min from us. You also need the same time to the train station and bus station. In the narrow neighborhood you will also find a commercial center with groceries and a cinema, a city park on one side, a forest park of brezina on the other. You can have a coffee right outside the house and your car can be safely parked for free right in front of the entrance. We welcome all people of good will even with their four-legged friends.

A few years ago, we bought land with an old house in Skalica. We gradually demolished the house and built a new building with the original character. The house is located in the historical part of the city.We decided to provide it for accommodation for all who want to get to know the beauty of Skalice and wide surroundings. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.
