Perfect! I had the privilege of staying in Charitos place for several months! I love the privacy & area! Amenities are great! Yvan & Raul (building staff) are super kind & do an amazing job! The apt. had everything I needed! Charitos place is more well stocked than most airbnbs I've stayed in nearby. Walmart is a 15 min walk. Great restaurants & oxxo are a 5 min walk. I would absolutely stay here again!

Everything is fine at Juan Carlos's. We had a great stay and will return without hesitation. The apartment was spotless upon arrival and Juan Carlos is very kind and attentive.

Miguel was an excellent host. The place provided is just like the pictures, with a beautiful rooftop pool. The unit has huge floor-to-ceiling windows that just light the whole place up and make it feel super open with lots of natural light. Everything is new and clean, with cool tile floors—just an overall very peaceful place to stay. A 10-minute walk to the mall, there's a great coffee place called Momu a quick 5-minute walk away where they are very friendly and offer a ton of nearby whole and vegan food options that are delicious. They also have a great coffee menu. The unit that Miguel offers is very close, maybe a 5-minute walk, to a grocery store with fresh produce and all the essentials needed. The complex is secure and very well lit up, super safe. Very nice people in this area and very helpful to new people to the neighborhood. This was a great place to stay. I work remotley and never had issues with the internet. I would most definitely stay here again this place was great!!!

Gabriela was responsive and gave clear answers to all my questions prior to booking. parking was convenient. The complex was peaceful and conveniently located. The house was extremely clean, cozy , comfortable. Gabriela arranged a smooth entry into the apartment complex and check in was easy. The bedrooms were as described, Overall was a great and convenient stay!

We had booked for a month but we had to leave it on the same day as it did not have parking as the host described it since the parking lot was on the busy street or in a plaza. The host kindly accessed asernos full refund. Thank you!

We loved every second, the sunrises are miracles. Super attentive reception from Mr. Óscar, friendly and helpful . We couldn't have expected a better host. Pasamos excelente momento, bien location. 13 minutes from Plaza La Isla walk, 8 minutes by vehicle from City Center and City 32, 28 minutes from Progreso, restaurants (the gastronomic options of the city are great), gas stations, pharmacies⛽️, dry cleaners, surrounded by everything you need. We highly recommend it 💝certainly has many attractions. and We will be back⭐️!

Great stay. Very quiet, nice gym, pool, and fabulous place. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the information and help were fantastic. I was there to work, and for that, it was perfect. I cook at home, and there are plenty of places to shop nearby and restaurants if you want. The downtown is walkable, but it's best to use the bus or Uber. Five stars without hesitation.

The area is amazing, super quiet, and with the best mall in town right across the street. The apartment has everything you need, super comfortable and well equipped. Without thinking about it, I would stay here again.

I loved the stay, I was in a quiet and safe area, close to where I was going to move on my visit to the city. The host was very clear in the instructions to arrive and in the description of the accommodation, the apartment is very nice, it has good finishes, very modern and original decor, it makes you feel at home, everything works perfect in terms of the appliances and the air conditioning that helps not to die of heat. I would definitely stay at this place again the next time I visit the Yucatecan capital, it's within my favorites.

This is my second time at this place and it is definitely a great option. Charito and his team are always on the lookout and in communication.

Nice place. Big and beautiful house, the host's service was excellent..

Very nice house located in Centro within walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and nice spots. Had trouble at check in because the lockbox password had been changed and when we got the updated code the keys were not there so we had to wait outside until the keys were retrieved which wasn’t a great start to our trip after a long day flying. Other than that, the house is huge, beautiful and it was great for our family. P.S. don’t forget your bug spray because mosquitoes in Merida are wild!

Super attentive and very comfortable the house as advertised

The house matches the photos as is, the closed is quiet, the vehicle is safe there is surveillance at the entrance, they answer the messages, they solved a problem with a bathroom that gave a quick solution, they are nice people, they accepted our emotional support pet and if they sent the requested invoice. If I would stay again, I recommend it

My family considers that the house is very spacious and beautiful, there was always good communication with the host, the rules are clear and precise although somewhat limiting, which does not allow you to enjoy as in your house, the beds seemed good with some exception, in general a good stay, I did not have a response for a flexible schedule despite the fact that in their information you have to anticipate it and pay to obtain it, it is important to take care of the limits specified in the rules so that you do not have extra charges.
