It was a wonderful place to stay.The children were also delighted with a lot of activities such as footbaths, saunas, BBQs, karaoke, darts, and golf.I was also able to see fireworks from the fireworks display nearby. It was also thoroughly cleaned, and the space was clean. It was a gathering of relatives, and I have stayed in a ryokan so far, but Airbie has been able to relax and find a new way to enjoy it.All three generations were very satisfied with the accommodation, and the next time we came sooner, we wanted to relax and enjoy the accommodation. I used it during the GW period. The room was clean and perfect for the amenities. Also, there were facilities within walking distance to the sea, and it was in a good location for a morning walk. There was also a fire starter for the BBQ, so I was impressed by such considerations. Thank you so much.

We stayed with three generations and dogs!While leaving a nostalgic atmosphere like a visit to my grandmother's house in the countryside, the area around the water area that I was concerned about was beautifully renovated, and I had a very comfortable stay.Especially the design of the kitchen was my personal taste and it was lovely.The BBQ area is covered and very open.It was great to spend time watching the starry sky with the sound of waves and delicious charcoal grill and sake with my family. Above all, the host, Nakamura, felt very good, and responded quickly and politely from beginning to end.I'd love to stay again.

Six of us, including elementary and junior high school students.The water area was clean, easy to use, and it was a pleasant stay.In an old house, I was delighted with the unusual living environment, such as the rim side and tatami mats.It was also well equipped.Sorry to bother you again!

I stayed in this appartement for a week. Shinya’s instructions are very clear concerning the location of the appartement and the standard of it. Sure you can hear trains passing by quite oftenly but i got used to it very quickly and didn’t had any trouble to sleep through the night. I highly recommand this apartment if you want to see more of the Chiba area. However if you’re planning to go to Tokyo everyday, know that the trip takes at least one hour and 1000 yen to go to the center of the city, depending on where you want to go. I rent the apartment at the beginning of the high season and the price was without a doubt defeating all concurrences. Shinya was nice to me and answered to all my questions very clearly.

My family and I needed a place to stay to attend an event in Makuhari Messe. This was the top of the list which prompted me to check every single detail, view every picture, etc. I can tell you that everything is as advertised and more. The host is gracious, responsive and proactive in communication. It was a great experience all-in. We felt well taken cared of... we felt at home! Thank you!

I was guided to check in politely and earlier than originally. Also, the room was very beautiful, full of furniture, appliances, and dishes, so I had a good time.

This place located near Hon Chiba Station and the best way to get here is easier through this station rather than Chibadera Station. Hon Chiba Station route has flat roads, while Chibadera Station route is full with ups and downs. The facilities are so clean and has everything we need. It's neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, the road in front of apartment is wide but taxi oftenly mistaken and always arrived in the other side of the road. 7-elevens, and vending machines are easy to find near the house. We would love to come back here next time.

Mr. Ozaki’s home located in Chiba had a very welcoming and peaceful environment. The room I stayed in was exactly as shown in the pictures posted. Mr. Ozaki himself was very nice, helpful, and accommodating.

The semi open-air bath was amazing! There was also a hair dryer and amenities, which was a pleasant place to stay. The convenience store was also a short drive away by car, and we had a comfortable stay at the convenience store!
