Vacation rentals with breakfast in Cinisi

Our stay in Marina's "Casetta Perfetta " was very pleasant, thanks to a cozy environment equipped with all comforts, with attention to cleanliness and details, exceeding our expectations: pantry provided, drinks in the fridge and a nice basket of Sicilian citrus. The strategic location allowed us to visit the historic center of Palermo on foot, and easily access all services. Marina is a kind and helpful host, always ready for any need, also giving us great suggestions on what to visit and where to eat. We highly recommend it!

We stayed with 6 people in the beautiful house of Paolo. It has ample space for everyone. The garden is spacious and beautifully designed. The kitchen is missing a few small things. The contact was always very friendly, our requests and small concerns were always fulfilled quickly. We booked the first time through Abnb. Thank you so much for the wonderful time

Very nice flat. Relatively quiet area, easy to get to the centre by bus or on foot. It was time well spent. The host very communicative.

Best host that I have ever experienced - Francesco went out of his way to personally greet us at check in, help us find a parking, and walk us to a nearby restaurant.

The apartment was big and comfortable, beautifully renovated,, very clean, and having all you need for a wonderful stay. David was very nice, helpful and responsive.

We loved staying at Giada's place. Having pantry staples (coffee, sugar, milk, oil, salt, pepper and baked goods) was such a wonderful touch. The space was comfortable for us and super convenient. We had a stroller for our toddler. It was easy to go up just a few steps to the apartment door. The Bolero market is just a couple of blocks away. The Quattro Canti is a few blocks away. The Palermo Centrale train station is a couple of blocks away. We went to Cefalu via train for a day trip. One of the sinks is big enough to bathe the baby (which is difficult to do in almost all European bathrooms without getting soaked in the narrow showers). I highly recommend this place.

Very welcoming and responsive host at all times. Antonio cares a lot about the well-being of the people in his home. Despite some concerns, he reacted quickly. Very nice location, quiet and close to tourist attractions. The accommodation is very functional, extremely clean and allows you to have a pleasant stay. The proximity to a train station is nice (8-minute walk). We recommend this listing +++ and we will be happy to stay there next time

Such a cute and quiet place to get away from the city just what we needed! Tania was so nice and we were able to hang out in the garden, pick the fig trees, have eggs from her chickens! Just incredible experience!

good location because it is far from the big streets of the center, but within walking distance of the cathedral and the center. residential area, with the typical liveliness of Palermo but quiet in the evening. complete environment, including coffee and the essentials for breakfast (uncommon in b&b), very clean, very comfortable shower. sleeping area perhaps not suitable for those who are very tall, but very comfortable bed. to return

We only stayed one night on a long layover, but the house is very comfortable and well equipped and would be great for a longer stay. We really appreciated the transfer service, which was well worth the charge, especially for tired older ladies. Anna met our flight and returned in the morning exactly on schedule. We were very pleased with our stay.

We loved staying at Sameule’s. It’s a lovely, clean, spacious apartment with comfortable furniture. It’s in a great location - lots of energy and activity that you can watch from the balcony, but nothing disruptive. Lots of lovely bakeries, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Palermo, Trapani, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello and Zingaro Nature Reserve are all an easy drive away, so it’s a great base! Samuele was amazing - always helpful and immediately resolved any issues. We were lucky enough to meet him in person and he was so warm and friendly and gave us lots of local information and recommendations. Would 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Silvia’s home. Silvia greeted us upon arrival and she was flexible in keeping our luggages before check-in time. The house was centrally located with many restaurants and markets. Thank you, Silvia for your great hospitality.

We (me and my 12yo son) spent over a week at Saovatore's apartment. It is pefectly located with walkable distance to many attractions (via Maqueta, Cattedrale, Teatro Massimo, Mercato Ballaro, Mercato del Capo to name some) as well as good restaurants, ice cream shops, bakeries and drinks kiosks. Salvatore was easy to communicate with and always responded to my inquiries. I need to mentions also his mother who prepared fantastic dishes from local Sicilian cuisine. I highly recommend this place 😊

Great stay, you feel right at home and it has everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The host is super nice and friendly, and gave us great recommendations and helped us throughout. Loved the little details added around the house that made it a truly special stay ❤️

Highly recommended B&B, very pleasant experience, Giusy is a kind and proactive host, who loves his land and who has been able to give us several tips on how to get around, where to eat and what to see in the surroundings. The breakfasts and sweets prepared by you personally are very welcome. On the b&b it is definitely in a quiet area, but with a wonderful view, also despite Valderice not offering a very large range of entertainment, its location is central to various interesting areas nearby and allows you to reach in halfanhour most of the tourist attractions of Trapani and its surroundings Recommended as a foothold or for a relaxing holiday

I stayed for two nights at this property and I felt really good. The environment is comfortable, with large outdoor spaces that allow you to relax in peace. Beautiful porch equipped with comfortable sofas, tables and chairs, ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, perfect for starting the day well. Definitely recommend this property!

I would book the place again anytime! It is beautiful, very clean, well located and the host was always easily accessible and really accommodating. The only downside: The window of our bathroom was on a kind of courtyard. During our stay it smelled very unpleasant in this one. Fresh air could therefore only get into the bathroom through the bedroom.

Mario was wonderful and helpful during checkin and checkout. We felt that this place had great value for the price. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The location is good, very close to excellent restaurants and walkable. We woke up to a nice surprise in the morning. He had a package waiting for us on the table with our names on it and inside he had a variety of different croissants for breakfast. It was a nice unexpected touch. If you want something clean and affordable, this place was good. Thanks again Mario!

Diego and Manuela were both amazing hosts! We instantly felt like we were invited in to a friend’s home. Our room was beautifully designed with many extra touches to make you feel at home. It was extremely quiet and wonderful to unwind in after a busy day exploring Palermo. We found the location convenient to walk to all the key spots to visit in Palermo. The breakfast was delicious! Diego and Manuela provide fresh local food and fresh pastries each morning. We wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend staying here!

We could not have fallen better than at Alessio's and her partner's! They were really adorable, very friendly and accommodating. They gave us unstoppable tips for an exceptional sunset and delicious dinner. The hotel is even better than in the photos, and especially very intimate, the family atmosphere especially at breakfast is really nice: we had come for one night, and would have stayed a few more! ☺️ Un abbraccio a tutti due, e ancora grazie mille! 🥰
