The furniture is all renovated.

It is located in the central district of Viareggio and convenient to reach every corner. In just 20 minutes walk you can be on the seafront. By car or bike 10 minutes. Station 10 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility.

The recent renovation has restored the Blacksmith's Workshop to its original charm while making it cozy and functional. Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom.
