Vertheuil house, 3 rooms completely renovated, 25 minutes from the ocean, 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and 10 minutes from the great Médoc appellations. In front of the house is a small south-facing garden. Garden furniture and two adult bikes are available, as well as an adjoining storage space with washing machine and a private parking space. Leclerc supermarket is a 10-minute drive away. In a very quiet location, this small stone house is ideal for exploring the Médoc. (5 nights min in July and August.)

We welcome you in a small stone outbuilding. A bedroom on an open mezzanine, bathroom/WC, a fully equipped kitchen. Cathedral living room with sofa bed and large fireplace. Sheets, bath towels, provided. Boat on Lake Hourtin by reservation. and a horse riding school in the front of the house

Our country house offers a relaxing time for the whole family. A large garden with games for children (ball, badminton) are at your disposal as well as a barbecue and 3 bikes. Shops (food, restaurant producers, leisure) 800 m away. Lake Hourtin 20 minutes away: paddleboarding, kayaking, sailing, kite-surfing... Ocean 25 minutes away: surfing, bodyboarding, swimming... The prestigious Médoc castles are a few kilometres away by car. Golf du Médoc is 40 minutes away.
