The flat is spacious, very tidy and clean, is located in a quiet building on a peaceful street, just a short walk from a main road with grocery stores and restaurants. It's a relaxing and convenient place to stay. The host is kind and responds quickly to messages.

Ella has been a fantastic host. Her comms from the start were great & she has been very responsive. The location is fantastic with great views from the living room.

A lovely little nicely modern furnished homely get away, if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil weekend with your partner/spouse. Pictures look exactly the same as they do online if not better. Check-in was easy. All expectations were covered, would stay again.

Thank you for a lovely stay in Bandstand View. Anita was very helpful and informative. We particularly loved the view of the sea from the apartment. We enjoyed visits to the White Cliffs of Dover and the NT cafe there. Also Walmer Castle and Canterbury Cathedral. We hope to return someday.

A fantastic apartment in a great location - beautifully and stylishly decorated, immaculately clean and with everything you could need, and some great mod cons like Bluetooth connection to a speaker system. Fabulous balcony with sea view, very quiet and lovely walks from the door - we walked along the cliffs through Fairlight to Hastings - about 3 hours - and got a taxi back. Warren was really kind and helpful, even arranging for some fizz to be put in the fridge for our arrival (it was my friend’s 60th birthday). Great place - highly recommended.

This was a second stay for myself & my wife at Kelly's top floor apartment. We just feel very comfortable & relaxed there. Great location, really pleasant area and within easy reach of the beach. Centre of town is less than 10 minutes walk away. Can't beat it in our view. We'll be back, for sure!!

We had a great stay at deans place, it was perfectly located for the beach and some cute shops and lovely restaurants. We spent most of our time at the harbour arm which was bout a 10 min walk! Deans was greatly equipped and also lots of space. We will defo be returning back to Folkestone again!

We had a short 4 night break at Walpole Heights to get away from London and switch off from work. The apartment was immaculately presented and a great spot to access the beach and local area. Free on-street parking right outside the apartment for the two cars was also useful. The apartment is spacious and tasefully decorated. We (including the dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At night it is very quiet. On arrival we went across the road to the Walpole Bay Hotel and sat on the terrace for afternoon tea. A perfect location!

What a fabulous apartment in the perfect location, had everything we needed and the best welcome pack EVER! The balcony is bright and sunny, the beds are enormous and super comfy, we loved everything and hope to be back one day, thank you Janey!

Worth every penny I paid. George's place was super private and spacious, beautiful and with all amenities. He promptly replied to all my messages very good communication as well. I would definitely go there again.

We stayed in the apartment for a getaway with our child and our little dog. In terms of size, it was completely sufficient. There was everything you needed, there was nothing missing. The location is perfect because you can look at the beach from the living room. The beach is really right outside the door. Small shops, supermarket and many restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The balcony is in the shade, unfortunately there is no sun at any time, which is certainly pleasant in summer. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful retreat which offered a sense of being private & slightly apart from busyness of Margate whilst being less than 2 mins walk from the vibrancy all Margate can & does offer. The accommodation was charming, welcoming, contemporary & full of vintage uniqueness plus offering expansive sea views via the front room/kitchen space & one of the bedrooms. Personally, we loved the walk up the original spiral staircase to the apartment but may be an issue if mobility needs to be considered. Access to excellent activities, events, shops, restaurants are within 3mins walk. It is a foodies delights re restaurants however there is a well-stocked & reasonably priced Aldi 3 mins walk away too. Free on-street parking directly outside accommodation also a bonus. Stephanie was communicative & responsive prior & during our visit with helpful support & suggestions. In all a lovely space to relax, recharge and reconnect. Thank you Stephane. Definitely will return & recommend!

We spent 3 days with our daughter with our daughter. We have nothing to complain about the accommodation. Perfect location. Everything is within walking distance while remaining peaceful. It's nice to have an aperitif on the balcony with the sea view. Parking space is a big plus. If we hadn't had it, we should have parked very far this busy weekend. We'll be back for sure.

We had a lovely trip to broadstairs. The apartment had everything you need, and more, for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic with sea views and close to all the local pubs and restaurants. Special mention for the Tartar Frigate. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palm Lobster. Well located, visually striking, comfortable and luxurious, James has really hit everything you would hope for in an Airbnb. Helpful little notes around the place ensure you're feeling supported and a welcome hamper left in the kitchen was a really lovely surprise. Perfect location if you want to walk the zigzag cliffs down to the beach, or head into town for a stroll around the shops and harbour. Hope to be back soon!

Absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely basement apartment. Great size and perfect for our family of 4. We chose to stay here rather than a hotel, as wanted the option to cook in the evenings and so happy we did. Great little kitchen and lots of utensils available to which was handy. Nice location with the beach opposite and only a 15min walk to the main centre and beach. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and hoping we will return next year, as we have family round the corner!

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

Chris’ place is gorgeous, our 3 year old daughter kept saying “this house is so pretty!”. We only stayed here for one night as we had an early start for the Eurotunnel, but Chris was so helpful in sending loads of information over so we settled in quickly and could explore the area. If we’re ever in the area again, we will be sure to stay here!
