The apartment is located in a super quiet location, you'll be greeted every morning with a beautiful view of the mountain and the sounds of nature. There aren't many amenities at walkable distance but in 15 minutes by car you have a lot available. I would go back

We had a very good time in Mariangela's accommodation: tastefully furnished, equipped with everything and efficient (heating, hot water, wifi, TV etc.). Added to this is the immediate proximity to Piazza Duomo, which is perfect for visiting most of the artistic heritage of L'Aquila on foot. We almost always parked in the adjacent square but, if occupied, by taking a few more steps you can park easily. The Gran Sasso National Park with its treasures is nearby waiting for you. A very welcoming environment, managed discreetly by a very kind and efficient host.

It was a pleasure to spend time here, I would 100% come back. Great location: quiet while close to everything. The house is super clean and it has all sorts of amenities. Multiple pillows and blankets, plenty of bathroom towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. You also have full control of the heating system so it can accomodate any need. The hosts are responsive and helpful.
