Se trata de un primer piso con ascensor ubicado en un edificio de 100 años recientemente rehabilitado. Dispone de tres amplias estancias, dos balcones a la calle y un patio interior. Cocina abierta al salón con electrodomésticos de alta gama donde disfrutar de un agradable desayuno en la barra mostrador. Compuesto por un amplio dormitorio de 16 metros cuadrados, una cama de 150 cm y un gran armario a disposición de los huéspedes. Además, cuenta con un baño de 8 metros cuadrados con ducha, lavabo e inodoro separado del resto en una estancia contigua. El apartamento dispone de Wifi, TV, lavadora, lavavajillas, horno, vitrocerámica, cafetera, hervidor, tostador, secador de pelo, plancha, calefacción, así como sábanas, toallas y todo lo necesario para una estancia inolvidable. El alojamiento se alquila entero y tiene una capacidad para 2 personas.
