The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Das Häuschen ist hochwertig ausgestattet, im Winter brennt der Pelletofen mit behaglicher Flamme, Ein Sitzplatz auf dem Winzergrundstück laden ein um ein Glas Wein zu geniesen. Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. 82 sqm apartment with separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, TV, Wi-Fi and pool table. A hot tub right on the terrace with a grill, used only by vacation guests. Very private and secluded. Ideal for vacationers, families with children, guest workers, motorcyclists, hikers. The mountain bike trail starts right outside the front door! Max. medium-sized dogs allowed Very quiet location by the Palatinate Forest. Shops and a bus stop are within walking distance.

Tiny house. With a lot of love for detail & forest location

The cottage is built from local materials from an ecological point of view. There is running (spring) water in the house, there is also a beautiful shower (warm). In the kitchen you will find everything you need to indulge in culinary delights. Basics such as spices and oils are on site (organic). You sleep on a 140 cm wide natural rubber mattress. The grounds around the house invite you to marvel, linger and make campfires. There is hardly any cell phone reception and no Internet👌🏾

Our exceptional tiny house is located on a large property with old trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

Erholung in Dahn: hier werden Sie sich wohlfühlen! Unsere im Sommer 2021 eingerichtete 70 m² Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 2. OG über dem Bioladen und ist barrierefrei erreichbar (Aufzug). Den Schlüssel für die Wohnung bekommt man im Bioladen zu den Öffnungszeiten. Falls Sie außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten anreisen bitte kurz um Mitteilung dann wird der Schlüssel in der Box hinterlegt(siehe letztes Bild).

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

Only about 1 km from the center of Lemberg, a lovingly designed holiday home with garden sauna on about 120 m² of living space awaits you, nestled in the tranquility of the Palatinate Forest. Here up to four people can enjoy a break from everyday life. Party, fireworks etc. are not allowed!!!

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
