A large terrace overlooking the alpacas and the Chemnitztal completes the unique location. If you want to escape the stress of the city and slow down, this is the place to be. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed 180x200cm and a flat screen TV. You will find alpaca quilt that guarantee a good night's sleep. There is underfloor heating in each room. The living room with open kitchen offers a great view of the meadow due to the large window surfaces. The large comfortable couch is extendable and can therefore also be used as a sofa bed. A large flat-screen TV ( satellite reception ) is also located in the room. The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher (Siemens), coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There are plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, etc. The daylight bathroom with a corner bath, shower with large rain shower, sink, toilet and a mirror cabinet with hairdryer completes the overall look. The 50 m² wooden terrace with unobstructed views of the alpacas and the Chemnitztal invites you to linger. The terrace is southwest facing for the perfect sunset. You can relax here on the sun loungers and rustic wooden seating. Please note that the apartments are not suitable for wheelchair access (staircase). Towels, bed linen and dishtowels are included. WiFi and parking are free.

You can reach the city of Chemnitz by car in about 15 minutes. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.
