We could not fault this stay. To begin, the location is perfect. You are right on the border of Prior Park & the Bath Skyline / Family Discovery Trail. A 5 minute walk leads you to a bus stop - £2.40 for a single ticket into central Bath, which takes about 5 minutes. Uber/taxi also operates, for about £8-£10 you can get into central Bath. You are on a huge incline so the bus back is necessary! The airbnb itself is wonderful. It has everything you need for a short stay, and the sofas are so comfortable after a day of walking and sightseeing. Our hosts were fantastic- allowed for early check-in and late check-out, but I made sure to communicate this just to be sure. We could not fault the communication and instructions, including recommendations and guides on the local area. I’d 100% recommend this stay to others and hope to stay again soon.

Sally was extremely helpful from booking to departure. The cosy cottage was exactly as described. We loved the fact you could walk (downhill) into Bath in less than half an hour. You would have to be a bit fitter for the climb back up the hill, so we opted for a taxi. Overall 5 very comfortable nights spent at Foxhill Lodge.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment. Perfectly located for a great city break, highly recommend Lou’s place for ease of exploring, everything was on the doorstep but so peaceful at same time! I will recommend to friends & family.

Another wonderful stay with Alison in Monkton Combe ! Everything was catered for and Alison was always on hand - just in case we needed anything . Huge thanks for a lovely few days away visiting our daughter . We will be back !
