Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Clay County

This home was exactly as described. The front porch was our favorite spot in the evening. The neighborhood is beautiful and quite. Our family of four had plenty of space and felt right at home.

Words are not enough to describe our stay!! Cannot wait to go back and did not want to leave. We were able to bring our pontoon boat and keep it right there which was amazing. An absolute gem!! Thank you again for sharing a piece of paradise with us!!

The house was clean and spacious. We didn’t use the kitchen appliances, but the cabinets were stocked with dishes. Bathrooms were clean. We bought our own towels, soap, etc. but there were towels available for use. We’d definitely stay here again.

Best BnB beds I have ever slept in! Aimara’s home was exactly what we needed and more. For the size and location, I believe this home is an absolute steal. The star of the show was the bedding though. Pictures just don’t show comfort, and these mattresses are equivalent to a high end hotel. All of the guest raved about how well they slept because of it. She was also extremely responsive before and after my stay. I cannot recommend enough!

I was in town to celebrate my mom's 97th birthday. The location was perfect being close to everything I needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, one block from the river. It's roughly a 4 mile walk end to end on a beautiful tree lined street on one side and water on the other. It was a great way to start the day or end with an evening stroll. The house was super clean. It had everything one needed, was so comfortable and in fact, I was able to have my mom over for her bday dinner. This place is suitable for a one night stay to a month long stay. The hosts were super gracious and responsive if needed yet gave privacy. Can't say enough about this place. Will definitely be back.

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

I stayed at this listing for a month and felt safe and comfortable. The unit is a private suite connected to the main house, but you maintain total privacy with in-unit amenities. The space is perfect for one or two guests, and the unit is located for you to enjoy Fleming Island and Orange Park. Jackie keeps the bathroom VERY well stocked also! Of note- for guests working from home, the WiFi is not the fastest. There is a smell of tobacco as mentioned in a previous review, but we did not find it to be an issue during our visit. We really enjoyed our stay. Tired of staying in hotels while visiting our kids in nearby Rivertown, we found Bob's to be an awesome alternative. The place was beautiful and so comfortable. There were so many little well thought out details. The rooms upstairs were perfect for my grandson. We called it the secret kids club. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking easy. We enjoyed the pool and our favorite was the outdoor seating area, so peaceful out there. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, it was like staying with a relative. We are looking forward to another trip back to this roomy, beautiful cottage.
