Welcome to our adorable cozy hilltop farmhouse. This studio features a Cal King bed, a sofa queen hideaway bed, twin roll-away bed, full kitchen, fireplace, a jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. Outside a dining table and separate sitting area with propane fire pit. This hilltop location provides total privacy. We are located less than 30 miles from Yosemite, Bass Lake, and Sugar Pine. Hot water is on a insta pot , not meant for long showers. microwave small fridge, hot plate, skillet coffee pot and nature's alarm rooster will crow:) kittens. not allowed in home cats are our mousers. as well as guests greeters. PLEASE add your pet if bringing one so fee will be added.
