Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cocoa

Stayed for a little weekend get away for my wife's birthday and was amazed by the backyard view. Highly relaxing, super quiet and enjoyable. House was well stocked with any/all items you would need to make it feel as if you were at your own home. Would certainly recommend to anyone to stay here.

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

Property was just as it was advertised and Jose was friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back in the future.

Have you ever felt like you can never find the PERFECT AIRBNB, us too! Look no further this AIRBNB is PHENOMENAL. We have a rather large family, 12 of us, and we were all so comfortable. We had family come hang out with us and never felt “squished!” If you think the pictures are beautiful, they truly don’t do the home justice. When you pull into the driveway your jaw will drop! Everything was perfect. From the back porch, the pool, hot tub, pickle ball court and the pond (nice size fish in there also😉) there was truly something to do for everyone! Whether you stayed upstairs or down stairs the temperature was always great even on the second floor! Oh ya, and the beds, the beds will have you googling what type and brand so you can order it to your house, and get rid of your current bed at home🤣 It truly was phenomenal. Our family would go back in a heart beat. It’s definitely one of those homes where you can stay put and not want to go anywhere else. It’s just that good!

We could not have asked for more while staying at Club Mills! It’s clear that Brent truly cares about the guest experience - it was incredibly thoughtful to have the fridge stocked with some cold bottles of water. We also really enjoyed how easy it was to gain entry through the app (so much so that we are going to buy that lock for our own home). Oftentimes, AirBnBs have a keypad that you have to type a code into. Using the app made it so much easier! Overall, the place was immaculate and we really enjoyed our time there. I absolutely would love to stay again when we find ourselves back in Orlando.

This house was very accommodating for our first family reunion very spacious with the best amenities the host was amazing and communicates very well and quickly. The location of this place was key with less than a two minute drive to Walmart right outside of the subdivision as well as Sam’s Club and dollar store and many restaurants. With only 30 minutes away from Disney and or Universal Studios one hour from Cocoa Beach and Legoland. This house was equipped with everything you may need from dishes,pots, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two washer and dryer machines. The only thing we did notice is it listed with one set of bunkbeds and there are two sets of bunkbeds one in which I did notice that there’s a trundle bed so bunk sleeps at least and there is only two king size bed as opposed to three king size beds. The kids loved the pool.

I was in town for the week while family underwent medical treatment. I needed a quiet, relaxing place where I could work during the day & entertain two kiddos in the evening. Terrie’s space was perfect. As other reviews have pointed out, the house is as clean as it gets. Spotless. It has those things that you really appreciate when traveling. Spices for cooking, board games, coffee and even a few snacks which the kids loved. The beds are incredibly comfortable to top it off. This home is simply wonderful and Terrie was a fantastic host. Can’t wait to come back!

Kris is a great host. His place is private and comfortable with a great view of the ocean and private access to the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony.

Beyond my beach-front expectations! Location is literally on the beach. There’s a deck overlooking the ocean with stairs to the beach. Hosts live on-site so are handy for anything you may need, yet they give you your privacy. Place was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows too. Lots of soft towels & wash clothes! A/c worked great and a fan provided perfect noise to sleep to. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas every day. I can’t recommend Marlene & Sherman’s place enough!! We will be back next year!!

Ken and Janet are absolutely amazing! They helped up so much. They even offered to drop us off at our cruise. Definitely recommend to anyone!

This is a beautiful and relaxing place on the river. We loved sitting in the comfy chairs by the water and saw many dolphins and manatees! We used the kayak during the day and had a nice fire at night. The space launch was a bonus and easy to view right from the property! We walked to restaurants and Kathy gave us bikes to use. She had all the beach gear you could imagine. Her and her family are very welcoming and thoughtful. Her grandson brought us fishing gear to use which my husband enjoyed. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return!

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

My husband and I stayed for a little get away to be close to the coast for some salt water fishing and this was a perfect spot! The Space was very clean, had everything we needed, and actually looked like the pictures that were online. You’ll see from other reviews that the bathroom is small - and yes, it is small, but we managed just fine. It’s perfect for two guests! We would definitely stay here again.

Our first time in Melbourne, and it was a welcome surprise. We originally selected Patty's Upstairs Apartment (South) in Historic Home because my wife was really intrigued by the look of it. And what a comfortable space it is! I appreciated that it wasn't too far from my favorite beaches further south. We stayed for two full weeks. During our time, we made good use of the kitchen and the back patio. And the excellent assortment of books! I found Melbourne to be surprisingly quiet, especially when compared to some other neighboring cities. This property is only a few minutes walk from the historic downtown. And me, not usually the outdoorsy type, even found a wetlands hike that I and my wife both enjoyed. We discovered it was easy to get around town, there was plenty to keep us busy, parking was easy, and the weather was great. Even more, our hosts were attentive and very kind. If we do return to Melbourne some day, this would be our first choice.

Great spot by the Melbourne beach. Just walk across the street (crosswalks available) and you're there! You can rent lay-out type beach chairs with giant umbrellas a little further down the beach, just bring cash and give them a random (fake) room number lol. There is a full-size fridge and a microwave, but not much else in the kitchen (kinda set up like a huge hotel room) so if you prefer to mostly eat out and eat cold stuff from the fridge this is the perfect spot for a very reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend to weekend stay there. Our favorite eating/bar spots to visit were Squid Lips...and especially The Shack. The Shack has great vibes and everyone there is just there to have a good time, I suggest trying the strawberry daiquiri if you like sweet. If you love amazing pizza and cheesy bread I highly suggest this small eat-in pizza joint "Straight Outta Philly" Melbourne, 4250 N Wickham Rd. I picked it because they had the best internet picture, did not dissapoint!

What a wonderful location. This condo is directly on the beach. Super clean and has everything you could possibly need or want. Wonderful hosts who were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Will for book again.

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was in excellent condition and looked exactly as described. Ocean front condo was well equipped with beach towels, beach chair, sand toys and coolers making it very accommodating for anyone flying into the area. Ana is extremely responsive in any questions I had on our rental. Thank you again for the top notch service.

took my son for a trip to universal studios and feel like I could not have chose a better place than Dennis's! Clean and well stocked with everything you need! walking distance to restaurants grocery and gift shops. 10 mins to universal. all my Lyft rides were a smooth pick up and drop off. pools were amazing! Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Our stay at Indialantic Beach Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The location is close to pool and beach with stunning views. The home itself was clean and beautifully maintained, with 2 spa like bedrooms/ensuite bathrooms. Our host Olga was fantastic and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with great hospitality, this is the place to be.

Great for families or people that need more space and beds. Two bathrooms was a plus as well. Anderson is very communicative and makes sure that you are well taken care of.
