Perfect for 1 person or a couple. Well stocked kitchen. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing space so close to downtown! Note, there is no TV but plenty of reading material to learn about the area and no A/C. I have 3 separate places all next to each other.
