The penthouse is very cozy. It is centrally located and conveniently located. It is completely renovated, practical and with a lot of detail. It was very clean. I recommend it.

The apartment is very good, it is comfortable, spacious, it is clean, although it is a fifth without an elevator the stairs are large and goes up without difficulty.

The apartment is just as it is advertised. We were 3 adults and were comfortable. We didn't cook, so I can't give an opinion on it, but there was sugar and sweetener. We found everything you need in the toilet: towels, toilet paper, gel, etc... The only downside is that being in a central area and not having soundproofing in the windows, this can cause some inconvenience to people with sleep problems. If that's the case, bring some plugs.
