Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cognin

I wanted to thank Celine and Pierre for this stay which was far beyond our expectations. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and with quality equipment... A change of scenery. I would highly recommend.

We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and Perrine was very helpful. Stunning views especially at sunset. 10 minute walk to lake and about 25 minute walk to the centre. It was on top of a steep hill which we walked up every day so it kept us very fit but worth the view from the balcony. Lovely quiet spot and still close enough to bars and restaurants.

This was our first time in Annecy and we had the best time. The apartment was located perfectly within walking distance to the town center. Lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and we recommended it. If you don’t read French the washer/dryer combo is a bit difficult to use. Other than that, we’d definitely come back!

very well equipped apartment, 2 spacious bedrooms. Clear check-in instructions. Be careful, on the other hand, for those who would have difficulties, it's on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

We had a lovely stay with the family in this apartment in a good location, not far from all shops , but not always easy to park. The bus is at the foot of the building, very convenient , even if it is nice to walk to the city center about 20min. This place is clean as advertised and well-equipped. Good communication with Frédérique who is a friendly host.

Very well located and spacious apartment. The space was very clean and tidy. Proximity to lakefront and shops. You can do almost anything by foot. It would just be missing some dishes in the kitchen so as not to be harbor when there are many of us. I highly recommend this host!

Christina is very responsive and everything you need in the apartment, like at home. We had a nice weekend in Annecy because the city is very pretty and on foot not very far and quiet to know that the car is safe.

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

The room was even more beautiful than in the photos, and our host, Marie, was incredibly kind. I had a truly comfortable stay, making unforgettable memories. Even without a car, getting around was easy with the bicycles she provided and the available bus service. If you’re looking for breathtaking scenery, a peaceful, comfortable, and clean place to stay, I highly recommend this place. Every day felt like a dream. We had a great holiday in this quiet house, with an exceptional view, within walking distance to shops and bakery, walks, swimming pond. Perfectly clean, even under beds and duvets smelling clean😊. We took advantage of the village animations (sign up from Saturday: it's quickly sold out), the climbing wall and the via ferrata. Thank you for the very warm welcome in the rental management agency. You're doing a great job.

Very nice stay in this house which has beautiful spaces (terrace, bedrooms, living room). Very pleasant evenings on the terrace with lighting and hot tub.

We had a pleasant stay in Veyrier. The apartment is very nice and the view is sublime. In addition, it is very well located: 5 minutes from the lake, close to free parking, a convenience store and the bus stop to walk around the lake. Only downside for us: There are no shutters and no blinds/curtains at all the windows of the room upstairs: complicated to rest because it is great day as soon as the sun is there.

The house is very nice and offers many amenities that can be fully exploited during the spring/summer period. My friends and I stayed on New Year's Eve but we still had a great time. Sarah and Claude were very welcoming and helpful. They resolved a problem related to the exhaustion of the gas tank in a very short time and offered us a bottle of wine. Recommended accommodation, located in a super quiet area but from which you can reach in a few hours by car large towns such as Lyon and Annecy. We would love to come back in the summer to also take advantage of the other services offered by the property! 10/10!

We had a very pleasant week in Jean-Marc's family apartment: as described, it is quiet and easy to access on foot from the good shops of La Feclaz. It's a great place for cross-country skiing like hiking.

Apartment located on the 3rd floor, in a building with elevator access. Cozy, bright, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. Shops within walking distance as well as Nordic and alpine ski runs. The residence offers a swimming pool, of a decent size. I would recommend Fabienne's place.

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!
