Mansion vacation rentals in Coimbra

Very good stay for our family summer vacation. Perfect for kids having fun with toys everywhere, outdoor games and a pool:). Thanks to Philip for his responsiveness to our requests. The neighborhood is more than adorable. I would recommend this very peaceful place for large families wanting to get together and enjoy together:) .

We booked the full house, 6 rooms was enough for 5 couples and their children! Cozy space, living room and kitchen with scattered tables and with enough space to reorganize as we like! Spectacular terrace with barbecue available! We love it! Repeating!

House had high quality furnishings. Yard and pool area were great. Good for larger groups.

This was such a lovely place to stay, we had a big family and lots of children. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and clean. The host was wonderful, thankyou for your recomendations of places to visit and making us feel at home with fresh fruit and veg from your farm. Honestly would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat it was perfect.

It's perfect with a group of friends like us or for families. You'll find everything you need and you can enjoy your staying also with a bad weather thanks to the diferent spaces of the house. The house is better than in the photos. You can see that every corner was made with great affection. From the time of booking, Olivia was always willing to help. During the stay, Dona Fátima also helped us with everything we needed (with the gas exchange for example) We had a great time as a family !! Both the outdoor and indoor spaces are very nice for groups. Thank you Dona Fátima and Olívia for the welcome.

Memorable few days at this mansion. It's historic charm is preserved and we enjoyed living in the past, with a big open fireplace for the cooler evenings. (Be gentle with furniture, in order to help these vintage pieces last) Its a very spacious home, with guests having access just the ground floor. For the taller people in our group, the antique beds were on the smaller side, but it was a small compromise The pool and garden were great for relaxing, no busy roads nearby to keep the peaceful ambience. Manuel and Carolina were gracious and responsive hosts. Luisa is a very kind housekeeper who was available if we needed anything. There are two friendly dogs living on site who were keeping us company. We'll be back for sure.

It was a wonderful weekend. Even the neighborhood was very welcoming. Thanks to Mr. Manuel for the wine and sausage tasting. Firewood ready for heating the house, large spaces such as the living room that was great for meals as well as for playing with the children or conversations with adults. Super creative decor that makes us feel at home. Flexibility in check-in and check-out added more unforgettable moments in the house. We want to go back.

We were 3 families, 6 adults and 6 children, and I have to say that the house is spacious, clean and modern. It's one of the few houses that the photos don't do justice, it's much better when you arrive. Jose was very friendly when we entered, he showed us around and explained all the features of the house, and when we left he was very friendly. I really recommend it 100%. We even had a Christmas tree, a nice touch, and the pool was super clean, although we didn't swim, and there's a barbecue.

It was a great stay! everything as described in the listing, although the pool is not a swimming pool and a small tank that in the photo cheats a little. Moreover, everything you can ask for a few days in peace, in the middle of the interior of Portugal, with all the amenities provided by Maria. Churrasco, where it was not necessary to buy anything because Maria had already provided, well-equipped house, dishwasher, clothes, coffee machine, television, mobile internet to be able to enjoy the space outside, all very good. In addition to the house being super clean and tidy were impeccable days. Thank you Maria

This is a great space in a real out-of-the-way part of Portugal. Tired of big city tourism? Try this property. Tiny villages dot the hills and you get an old world sense of Portugal here. The pool is the real star of the property here (as are Eric's three dogs, one of which lounged with us each morning) as it overlooks he view of the river. We did use the kayaks as well. It is hard to get to them down a very steep hill with ladders and a bit of minor repelling. Not for those with a bad knee or hip. Which gets me to, accessing the apartments, particularly the lower unit, is tricky. Steep, slanting and uneven steps that can be a little slippery. Perhaps not for the elderly. Hint for improvement would be to upgrade the furnishings and kitchenware. The knives couldn't cut an orange.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences. The place is amazing with stunning views and the air filled with the scent of orange blossoms and eucalyptus trees. Joao’s house is super clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped. We had everything we needed. João was a great host. Helpful, nice and responsive. I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone who admires the nature, peace and quiet. I’d love to come back one day.

Nice and cozy space. It met expectations, all the amenities as if we were in our own home. Hosts are always available and very attentive. We have nothing to point out and recommend that you spend a season in this house, the photos correspond exactly to the space. The pool and outdoor area of the house will certainly make for an unforgettable vacation. Thanks for having us.

Lovely and peaceful cosy house surrounded by beautiful woodlands. The location is great if you want tranquility. The garden/pool are lovely and well equipped with little tables and chairs dotted around. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. A mini supermarket is 8mn away other wise Pombal is 25mn. Flávio is super helpful and friendly. He recommended a few places to go and eat. We loved our stay and would recommend it.

Eugene was an amazing host, having helped my family get to the accomodation without any problems and always being in touch whenever it was needed and the language barrier wasn't ever an issue as Eugene was able to understand portuguese. Unfortunately due to work I wasn't able to meet such a great human being that made sure to ask how I was to my family, but I can assure that if the opportunity presents itself I wouldn't hesitate to book again and meet him. From my family's description I could say the house is bigger than it looks on the photos, being a great space for some peace and quiet rural family vacations! I reccommend Eugene's listing as a great option if you are looking for a cheap, quiet and family-oriented house.

Had a wonderful 5 nights in a quiet area. The pool was real! The house was clean, spacious and beautiful and close to beach and some nice cities. This house is highly recommended!

Steven was a perfect host and very attentive to our comfort in his beautiful family property. We immediately felt at home. The outdoor space is large, well arranged and pleasant. Great place and well maintained. A few flaws were found, but these can be fixed and we were informed that they will be fixed.

Carlos' house is large and cozy, there is everything you need except for a dishwasher. The bedrooms are cozy and heated. A room with a fireplace is conducive to gatherings with friends, watching a movie or dinner. Absolutely beautiful location, where picturesque places and routes are 10-20 minutes by car and also a beautiful view from the window. We had a great reboot before the New Year, thank you and thank you for hosting my friends dog, he was happy too.

Teresa was a fantastic host, flexible, responsive and friendly. Paula was great and helpful in checking in and helping us with extra requests. The house was very comfortable and warm during winter time and we felt great. Beautiful view and great location.
