Monthly Rentals in Collapit Creek

Ursula's cottage was a lovely, little gem. centrally positioned but still peaceful. it was clean and we were very impressed to be left croissants, granola, butter, milk and orange juice. We were arriving late and it meant our breakfast the next morning was fully catered for. Ursula was communicative and we used the parking pass provided at the Quay carpark which is a 4 min walk from the cottage. All in all a lovely stay, we will definitely book again on our next trip to Kingsbridge.

We felt right at home the minute we walked in the door. Complimentary wine,local gin, Lindt chocolates and Simon's amazing home baked bread ,scones and ameretti pastries went down very well with us two weary travellers. Slept like logs in the bed every night and enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the beautiful,shimmering estuary. We will definitely return.

We had such a lovely stay! The flat is in a great location so you can easily walk to all of the amenities, bars and restaurants in Kingsbridge. We really appreciated the little touches such as the beers on arrival and great coffee machine.

A lovely stay at Rich and Bev's beautiful lodge - a good size for 2 adults and 2 children (2 bedrooms), and our dog. Location was gorgeous - a 6-min drive to Kingsbridge and a 10-min drive to Salcombe, with walking routes and access to the creek straight from the property. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, with things like salt&pepper, cooking oil, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc all in place. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was lovely. Bedrooms and decor were excellent - the artwork was stunning (well done Bev!). Very friendly touches on arrival, like a cake and a bit of fizz, and some ice-creams for the kids. Hosts super-responsive and friendly, and full of great tips. Only thing to be clear on is that the big lawn in the photos is not for guest usage (for a very good safety reason) - the green garden space is extremely limited, though there is a nice decking area with ample furniture to enjoy. We had a super time, and would highly recommend it!
