The upstairs of our home has 3 bed rooms with 2 baths and a beautiful library sitting on 5 acres just a mile from historic Leiper's Fork and only 7 miles from historic downtown Franklin. Please take note that there is an extra charge for larger groups. The price is set for two people. Extra people will be an additional $35 per day.

“Theresa has a beautiful and clean home that will feature all the amenities for a comfortable visit. She even has her crafted quilts on the bed and coffee for you in the morning. You can sit outside in her yard and be greeted by her well behaved small dog Zoo. She even allowed my husband and I to stay with my senior Pomeranian with no problem or extra fees . It was our second stay here as we are looking at real estate to move in Murfreesboro. You’ll have a pleasant stay if you come here!”

Downtown Franklin is 10 minute walk and a park with a walking path is 1/4 mile away. The Factory and Harlinsdale Farm are a mile away. Pets are welcome to stay inside. The new 7 person hot tub operates all year long. There is a new sidewalk to downtown Franklin and Pinkerton Park just across the street.
“We loved our stay at Leo & Tony’s cute yellow loft! From the second we arrived? they both greeted us and o it three great danes! We sat and chatted for a good 30-45 minutes. We loved the apartment, the location to downtown and of course the hospitality, especially with three gentle giants. We even loved our stay so much we were lucky enough to extend it by two extra days. We can’t wait to come back, thanks for having us!”
