Charming 2nd Floor Apartment in Historic Fox Point

Light-filled (4 skylights!) upstairs apartment in 169-year-old home. Cozy and playful decor with a lot of nostalgia. The house has beautiful wide pine plank floors. If you like straight lines, this house is not for you - it's a little wonky, but we find its charm far outmeasures the crooked doorways and other quirks. Located in Fox Point, a 15 min walk to brown, steps from Wickenden and Ives streets, the Newport Ferry, coffee shops, and restaurants, but on a side street out of the way of it all.

Quiet, sunny 300 sq foot studio, great neighborhood close to Miriam, Brown & RISD. You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). Please note: NO GUESTS OR VISITORS. Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the club themselves but you can sometimes hear the people outside as they leave.
