Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

The "Petit Pelloquin" is located in the park of a property (19th century) and is composed of a living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (clawfoot tub), a master bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and a small bedroom with bunk beds. Linens are provided. Large garden, courtyard with dining area. We also have 5 guest rooms "La maison Pelloquin"

My accommodation is close to the beach and activities suitable for families. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Large enclosed garden. Linens and towels are provided. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and is available from April to September if the weather permits.
