Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Colon

Luis Gustavo was a helpful and communicative host- the place is large, safe, and had parking for our motorcycles (which we ended up not needing). He made us feel at home, and the location was great.

It's a very nice and spacious house. I hope to use it again sometime.

We loved our stay in San Marcos, we had to go back for a second stay before leaving Quito. It’s a beautiful home, with beautiful art and a beautiful garden with a beautiful panoramic view of the city. It’s also located right in the heart of historic downtown and minutes away from all the attractions.

I would really recommend this place. It is a very suitable place for someone who wants to rest peacefully in a quiet and rural environment. 1. The host welcomed us with quick communication and kindness. Before check-in, I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. 2. The accommodation was really clean, and it was comfortable to have all the kitchen utensils, toiletries, towels, etc. 3. The house is located in the highlands where you can see Kumbaya at a glance. It's not far from the city center, and I don't think it's a difficult location to access if you have a car. It is a great place to enjoy the pretty garden and peaceful atmosphere. (Pretty cats and birdsong) 4. The breakfast I ordered in advance exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it to people staying. Once again, I would like to thank the hosts for their attention, and I hope I can stay there again if I get the chance.

Had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Omama Wasi. It is a wonderful house and compound inside a very safe neighborhood. Maria was very communicative and easy to chat with. She was always available when I needed help and treats her guests with respect and privacy. Internet was incredibly fast, kitchen fully stocked with cutlery and necessary dishes. The place was very easy to live at for the months that I did and would highly, highly recommend staying with Maria. Thank you!

The stay as a whole was very good and would repeat it. The apartment has many shops around, such as supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy. It also has a bus stop with several lines. It is a beautiful, organized and comfortable apartment. A facilitator was having a safe to pick up and hand over the keys, no need to rely on someone to enter the apartment. The host always answered questions quickly and kindly. I had a problem because the electric stove spoiled the second day of lodging. However, it was replaced the same day. There was extra bedding in the apartment, extra towels, cleaning products, toilet paper in the bathroom, a portable heater. The village had a washing machine, however, I did not use it because it had a lot of dust inside. The only negative point was related to the kitchen, for those who stay for many days and need to cook. It has very few cookware and utensils. And, facilitators such as microwave, blender, oven are missing.

What else can I say? We stayed here a third time and had again a great time. It was also very nice that we could keep our luggage in storage for a couple of days.

The best place to stay super close to what we needed

Spectacular place. Everything is nice, with everything you need and more. My family came out enchanted. Good place to rest and nice view of the city.

Very nice place. It's close to shops, all types of restaurants and short walk to Carolina park. The host is very informative and the process of checking in is easy. Use the driver. He is nice and helpful. I recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

Esteban's property is very beautiful, it has a visibility of beautiful landscapes. The time we were with my family, we had a beautiful time on the premises and in the large courtyard it has, in addition Esteban was always attentive to us, so Miryam gave us all the necessary directions. Esteban's property is highly recommended.

this house was spectacular! It exceeds to photographs, it is spacious and beautiful. The views were also outstanding. The only downside to the location is that it's on a hill on a busy city bus route, so there is a lot of noise from the air brakes. But the gem of the house is Carmen, the caretaker. She will take care of anything you need with a smile. She doesn't really speak English, but with our learning level Spanish and translation apps, it worked. She and Maria made a fantastic breakfast for us on Easter morning. I highly recommend treating yourself!

It was a relaxing and quiet stay, the house is old but very cared for, Maria Agusta was an incredible host always attentive to our needs, we really had an incredible time, just what I needed with my family, a place nearby to be able to mobilize us in different times and at the same time we feel away from everything. Mathieu’s home is a unique piece of art that pictures cannot justify. It is a large, sprawling home above the cafe he runs, which serves awesome Louisiana inspired food. Beyond the large bedrooms and bathrooms, there are many furnished spaces for relaxing, but inside and outside. Right in the heart of old town, you are walking distance to many restaurants and surrounded by beautiful architecture. Mathieu’s was a very welcoming host. He always made sure we had what we needed, and had plenty of recommendations. I will definitely book again next time in Quito.

Isabelle and her husband were very welcoming, they listened and did not hesitate to offer their help. Their house is very comfortable and easy to reach by car. I had a very good stay.
