Fantastic place, the whole family loved it. Easy to walk to everything and super responsive to any questions that we had.

The place is just like the photos, cozy and also everything is very clean and tidy. The night was quiet, it's not cold. It's perfect for disconnecting from the city. I recommend it.

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Miryan's cabin. We loved it, so close to the center of the city yet one feels like one is in the country. Miryan was an amazing host. She brought us something almost every morning: eggs from her chickens, fruit or avocado from her trees, home made breads and freshly squeezed juices. My husband and I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, meeting new people and buying produce and the many family owned stands. The house is rustic, this is not the Ritz but if you want to truly experience Ecuadorian culture, this is the place. Miryan has three dogs that came by often to say hello. If you are afraid of dogs or just don't care for them, this is not a place for you. For us, it was a perfect 2 weeks.

Doris was extremely helpful and attentive. The house felt like a home. Definitely worth a return visit. Dorias a superb hostess. Highly recommend this place and Doris as host.

Cozy good place

Be ready to have all of your senses pampered. The view, the river, the house are just picture perfect. On top of that, the hosts are beyond awesome! Ecollacta is THE place to stay in the area.

El lugar impecable, limpio, cerca de los sitios de interés más importantes de la ciudad, en un 6to piso sin ascensor, sirve de calentamiento para tu visita a Cuenca. Mínimo problema con el agua caliente pero todo se trató de resolver a tiempo. Recomendado al 100%

Carmen’s place is in a great area, close to everything you need / bright clean well equiped, with a really nice outdoor area to enjoy. Easy to self enter the apartment and to exit. Carmen herself was great to deal with. A great stay!

I felt right at home, the apartment was cozy, warm and very comfortable, with plenty of space for family or friends. It has all the things that a rental house requires for a stay, the kitchen is very spacious and with a lot of lighting in the morning; next to it the living room where you can take a rest while listening to music, watching a movie or reading a book, this space is very quiet. I suggest getting up earlier than usual during the weekends because it is in a very commercial and busy area, which is also an advantage because everything is relatively close. I would highly recommend staying with Isabel. Co-host Myrian is a very polite and communicative person who was always willing to meet my needs. I would definitely come back!

Very nice place. It's close to shops, all types of restaurants and short walk to Carolina park. The host is very informative and the process of checking in is easy. Use the driver. He is nice and helpful. I recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

I had been to Constantino's house before, this was my second time (the first was in 2021) and I was pleasantly surprised that the house has many improvements, such as various alcoholic beverages available for consumption (with an extra charge) and also, a space for a bonfire. The property is modern, elegant and located in a beautiful setting. An incredible plus is the service provided by Rosita, the housekeeper who makes breakfast and cleans the house. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends

this house was spectacular! It exceeds to photographs, it is spacious and beautiful. The views were also outstanding. The only downside to the location is that it's on a hill on a busy city bus route, so there is a lot of noise from the air brakes. But the gem of the house is Carmen, the caretaker. She will take care of anything you need with a smile. She doesn't really speak English, but with our learning level Spanish and translation apps, it worked. She and Maria made a fantastic breakfast for us on Easter morning. I highly recommend treating yourself!

It was a relaxing and quiet stay, the house is old but very cared for, Maria Agusta was an incredible host always attentive to our needs, we really had an incredible time, just what I needed with my family, a place nearby to be able to mobilize us in different times and at the same time we feel away from everything. Thank you so much for everything we hope to be back soon.

A worthy place to return! We went as a family and had fun, from the adults to the little ones. The house is very comfortable and the landscapes perfectly frame the house. Paúl was very attentive and explained in detail everything we could do. We'll definitely be back!!
