Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Located 5 miles from Charis,, 15 mins from downtown Woodland Park & 2hrs from Breckinridge, 2 blocks from BLM land allows ATVs, Motor/Mountain bikes and walks through the forest. It is a small cabin with a VERY STEEP STAIRCASE to the bedroom. We have a large deck with Adirondack chairs, a gas fire pit and grill for your use. We have great WiFI.
