The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

The apartment is located in a great spot in downtown Gijon, right next to the pier and close to all the eye-catching points of the historic center, walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is excellent, just as seen in the photos. Communication with Jorge was great. The only thing I would highlight is that the water in the shower was not very hot.

An excellent place, José took care of everything at all times, an ideal place to disconnect. We will definitely be back

This is the second time I have enjoyed this apartment, and I can't like it anymore! It's well located, a short walk from the center and old town of Avilés, with shops, great restaurants. The apartment is very nice, it has a terrace, very clean, that I have a garage is an additional point, arrive and park, very comfortable beds, well equipped, in short, I am loving going to Avilés and this apartment makes it easy for me. Directions and contact with the host, very simple and effective. If you want a place to stay while visiting the city and surroundings, this is perfect.

Everything was great. The house is impeccable, everything is clean as shown on the website. Somewhat expensive for the distance that separates the house from the center, but in general, the service, the cleanliness and everything else, very good. Highly recommended

I have to say..that if you are looking for a place to rest for a few days.. do not think more ..this apartment is very comfortable and flirtatious.. has all the amenities you need.. and some very yyyy comfortable bathrooms.. in which to take a relaxing shower...I liked them a lot.. the kitchen has everything you need .. you can prepare a very rich coffee. the host..very kind.. attentive for everything I needed.. It is close to everything.. it is not necessary to take the car.. We really liked the detail of arriving..and having a bottle of cold water in the fridge..and fresh milk too. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay at Maria’s place! She’s friendly, responds quickly, and keeps in relaxed contact throughout. Lovely house with a pool, hot tub, and games – something for everyone. Great location close to the city. Highly recommended!

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

Vanesa's accommodation is great for spending a few days with the family, as it has entertainment inside the house and has everything you need to spend a few days.

It is wonderful to find both spaces and people as attentive and nearby. La Villa is an oasis to disconnect, every detail taken care to make your stay an experience. Friendliness, design, comfortable, disconnection and relaxation are words that can perfectly define the Villa. Lovely, lovely.

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

It was a very pleasant experience, the house ,the location and Gijón

We've had a great time. The setting is great. You can get there by a walk to several beaches. One of them (Peñarronda) with beach bars and restaurants. Tapia is a 5 minute drive. The apartment is tastefully decorated, there is no lack of kitchenette to be comfortable and, in addition, extremely clean. The dog and my daughter enchanted alli, trails for walks and a wide green space for the children to play and the dogs run. Maria is a sweetheart and has made our stay, yes, fit, more pleasant. We will be back!

Amazing place to disconnect or visit villages of interest. A very cozy apartment with a fireplace and jacuzzi to relax. We were attended by Silvia, very friendly and for any problem she is available. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine. We will be back!!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.
