A nice and cozy apartment

We didn't feel right at home. It had everything you need and they also have a high chair and travel cot that has come to us great for our little 10 months. Very attentive at all times. The apartment is very cozy, the area is very quiet, and close to the center and the beach. You don't have to take the car for nothing. Whenever we return to Gijón (which we hope is enough) we will not hesitate to try to stay here again. We couldn't have been better 🤗

Ariadna is an excellent host!! No doubt she deserves to be SUPERHOST she is friendly and very quick to respond and the apartment in one word is PERFECT!! The apartment has everything and is in an extremely quiet and safe street and you can walk to Candás which is a WONDERFUL little villa!! I was looking for an apartment near Gijon and this was the perfect choice. Initially because there was no garage (I used to ride a motorcycle) and because it was the third floor, I was in doubt to book. But Candás is extremely safe as Ariadna had told me and I from the house window could see the bike (it is very easy to find parking) and in relation to being the third floor the steps are super easy to climb sincerely nor did it appear to be the third floor. I went to the supermarket several times and it never cost me to go up the stairs. I really feel like I made a good choice and I'm going back for sure!! And the apartment has everything, fast internet, washing and drying machine, dishwasher!!

We took a week-long getaway as a couple and the location couldn't have been better, it's in the center of everything, so it's a good base to explore all of Asturias in a short time, highlighting the sardines from the port, which were spectacular. In addition, the service was unbeatable, from the moment we arrived the response was quick and informative, he even advised us on where to go or possible plans, not only in the area but also in Asturias. Joaquin and his family are right next door, so they were always close and available if there was a problem. In short, our stay was a 10 and I recommend it 100% for a couple's getaway. We'll be back for sure.

We went to spend a weekend with my partner and me, and everything seemed to us that it was just as the description said. If we think as a recommendation to take into account that they could have a kind of notebook with the best restaurants, the places that you should see and visit, as well as recommendations of the city gastronomic and cultural. Our overall experience was very good, everything is clean, collected and tidy, looking for the greatest comfort of its guests, plus the apartment is nice and newly renovated which makes it much more welcoming. The location is unbeatable, in the center and close to everything, you feel as if everything is close and well communicated, the location could not be better. Definitely good hosts and sure if we come back in town we will stay here! It was a pleasure.

The apartment excellent super clean and perfumed from the bedding and bathroom to furniture and rest. Very quiet town, with supermarket, pharmacy a few meters away and spectacular views. Access to all places in Asturias is very good. I recommend it 100%... If I go back to Asturias I definitely book it again.

The apartment is in an excellent location and has direct access to the beach. There are great shops, restaurants and cervecerías in the neighborhood. Within walking distance you can reach the city center. We had direct contact with the person in charge who received us to give us the key and show us the house. His instructions were accurate and helpful. The house was sparkling clean and smelled fresh and pleasant. The internet was quite fast and we found the selection of the smart TV in the bedroom very good. We would definitely come back!

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.
