A superb apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable, warm and spacious. Excellent modern kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Lovely garden too! A short walk to the prom. Sandra is an excellent and very helpful host, even providing earplugs in case you need them for the early morning road noise which might disturb light sleepers. We'd never been to Bexhill before so Sandra's apartment was a real find and made for a lovely few days on the Sussex coast.

Our stay in Hastings was wonderful with fantastic hosts. Terry and Irene greeted us on arrival, shared great detail about our stay and also local amenities. Everything was well organised and appropriate for our stay The guest house was clean and very fitting for our needs and the hosts respected our privacy during our visit and our interactions were very pleasant. The area itself has much to offer, so be sure to consider Hastings on your next trip, as we will surely consider Terry and Irene if we decide to stay ther again, five star stay

perfect little cottage for a short stay. everything was clean and comfortable. Victoria very kindly took pains to ensure we were comfortable with the steep stairs since we were bringing our daughter. lovely cafe a few steps down the road for breakfast and a great base for enjoying the seaside.

Gorgeous flat, tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, quiet, fully equipped, everything works. Did I mention the gorgeous sea views?
