Comfortable studio in a chalet near the center

Comfortable studio on the ground floor of a pretty chalet, ideally located, a stone's throw from the center of Sallanches ( 10 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by bike), in a small quiet subdivision, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Lake Passy is a 10-minute bike ride away, the first ski resort is a 20-minute drive (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes away. The studio has a small equipped but sketchy kitchenette, a separate entrance, a work desk and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc and the Needle of Warens!

This small, very comfortable chalet according to guests is 600m from the village center and 300m from the free shuttle to the ski slopes in 10 min (2.5 km). It has green space and private parking. You can also admire the Mont Blanc range, the Aiguilles de Warrens and the Aravis Mountains. Inside the chalet is arranged in a "loft" atmosphere with the sleeping area open to living room.
