The garage is accessible if needed for access to the washing machine or to store your bikes, surfboards, etc.

Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. "Les Villas Majolie" for an exceptional vacation in Sainte-Marine. The contemporary villa "13 Ocean" is located between the port and the beaches. Leave your car and do everything on foot: you are 5 minutes from shops, restaurants and about ten minutes from the beaches. Heated indoor pool, games, toys, books… terraces, fire pit are at your disposal. The interior is neat, the bedding is of hotel quality and the environment is very quiet. Fully enclosed garden.
