Beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens very close by . Modern art galleries 10/15 min walk which both have lovely coffee shop/ restaurants . Guests will have full access to the entire property and small patio area outside patio doors in flat . Great for coffee or glass of wine of which both are supplied. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, delicatessens, and bars close by, and it's also near the Royal Botanical Gardens. Within walking distance are two modern art galleries, both with nice cafes. There is a bus stop less than 50m away from the entrance to the property giving direct access to the city. Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)
