Vacation rentals with a balcony in Madrid

O apartamento é excelente e nos acomodou muito bem (5 pessoas). Está como novo. O terraço é um charme à parte e bastante funcional para as refeições. A localização é muito boa. Não tivemos qualquer intercorência em nossa estadia e a comunicação foi sempre rápida, clara e cortêz. Chegamos um pouco antes e puderam nos receber, o que facilitou muito em nossa chegada. A indicação do local para deixar as malas nos arredores após o checkout também foi muito útil e com ótimo serviço. Perfeito.

We had an amazing stay in this house! It was very well-equipped with everything our family needed. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to explore the area.

This was truly one of the most, if not the most, beautifully done Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The pictures truly don’t do it justice - it’s just stunning. The location is perfect and walkable to all sites around the city, and for being so centrally located, it’s on a very quiet street with both a market and a bakery a 1 minute walk away. Carlos greeted us for check in and explained everything in the flat, as well as having recommendations for things to do around the city. If this place is available - just book it. You won’t regret it!

Adrien’s and Miguel’s apartment was awesome-the best in which we have ever stayed. It has beautiful decor, incredibly well stocked, great location, and exactly as described. Miguel was a fantastic host giving us recommendations of things to see and where to eat. There was also great detailed information in booklets about sites and where to find almost any service. There were generous welcoming breakfast provisions and a well stocked kitchen. The location was ideal for walking around old Madrid and soaking up the local food and flavor.

A mí y a mi familia nos gustó mucho quedarnos aquí y la ubicación fue perfecta ya que necesitábamos estar en el centro de la ciudad por un evento. El piso era muy amplio y luminoso, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y más. La host siempre atenta y contrastaba rápido, no contraté servicio limpieza y aunque caro muy eficiente. El piso está en un segundo piso y no hay elevador, abajo del edificio está una discoteca por lo que escucharán todo el ruido de la gente que entra, sale y fuma en la calle ..es ruidoso así que llevar tapones para poder dormir…cosas para tener en cuenta. Sin embargo es maravilloso ver x tu balcón el edificio de la ópera y la plaza de enfrente llena de vida…un lugar muy, muy céntrico y justo enfrente está la entrada al metro

Nous avons passé une très bon séjour . 2 points forts la localisation de l appartement , difficile de faire mieux pour visiter Madrid et la disponibilité , la gentillesse et l accueil de Anna . L appartement est dans une rue animée mais bien isolé . Une soirée le samedi soir avec une fête chez les voisins mais exceptionnel car calme les autres jours . Pour information mais pas dérangeant l appartement dispose de balcons mais pas de terrasse , on ne peut pas s assoir par exemple sur le balcon . C est juste pour préciser pour les autres voyageurs . Note séjour était super . Utilisatrice régulière Airbnb c est la première fois que je suis si bien accueillie par l hôte . Bravo et bonne continuation !

Все было отлично! Хорошее место. Рядом есть паркинг, много ресторанов. Хозяин супер заботливый!

This place is beautiful! Just like the photos and so comfortable. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. This apartment is right above a very popular street for tapas so it can get a little loud late at night but we all easily slept through and we would absolutely stay here again.

A Mía nos recebeu na noite do apagão na Península Ibérica. Ela foi altamente gentil, cortez e rapida. E que surpresa boa o apartamento! Lindo, espaçoso, muito bem decorado. Voltaria muito!
