Apartment house with garden in the Sierra de Madrid

Our apartment in the Sierra de Madrid is located at the entrance of Mataelpino, a small town shared with Cerceda and El Boalo. It is a separate apartment located on the same property as our house. It has a living room, kitchen, and dining room that is heated in winter with a fireplace, and a bedroom with a bathroom. In the room, there is a mobile electric radiator. In summer it is very cool as it is largely built into the rock. The apartment has an independent and exclusive garden area that is fenced where there is a barbecue, a table and chairs and some garden chairs to enjoy the sunsets. It is a quiet area surrounded by nature with many paths and routes to walk and disconnect. We'll be happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible and available to help you with any questions you may have about our accommodation.

Cozy independent apartment with kitchen-room, its own bathroom and patio. Very quiet area 10 minutes from the airport and 25 from Madrid. Air conditioning, heating, Wifi, refrigerator, microwave. Possibility of indoor parking and autonomous arrival. Views of Madrid and sunset. A very quiet and comfortable place to know Madrid and its surroundings without stress (El Escorial, Segovia, Ávila and Toledo) and where you can retire to rest. Do not miss the Don Luis Palace of Infante and its gardens located in the middle of Boadilla del Monte. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshment baths.
