Laure could not have been a greater hostess! Incredibly responsive, very flexible and helpful. The apartment is lovely, very light and spacious and a great place to stay in Concarneau. It’s central and Laure has a great list of recommendations for where to eat and drink locally. Well stocked kitchen and a comfortable apartment to stay in. I cannot recommend Laure’s apartment enough and I hope to be able to visit again!

Enjoy your stay at Thomas's, the view is in line with the description and the wow effect is there! The accommodation is clean and smells good, decorated holiday home style (a little too many knickknacks I find, risk of breakage if there are children), very well-equipped accommodation in terms of appliances as well as multimedia... the master bedroom is cocooning with a blanket and full of cushions, very pleasant, the bathroom is large and equipped with a washing machine. Damage that it is not renovated, the terrace is well furnished to enjoy a max (a sunbed was broken on the other hand) and super strong point: sheets and towels provided without extra cleaning! The accommodation is located a stone's throw from the sea, restaurants and thalasso (all within walking distance), free parking just across the road Small bemol: the soundproofing of the accommodation (from the year of construction of the building), there was a neighbor on the 3rd floor that we could hear walking, or flushing.

This property is managed by a concierge. Frédérique was very responsive and gave us all the check-in instructions. Self check-in is available. We were able to chat before checkout. The accommodation is very nice, well decorated and really very comfortable. Very nice kitchen. Airy accommodation. Beautiful bathroom. A little extra with the cinema room and its adjustable armchairs. The apartment is in the center of Concarneau but easy to park on the street (free) at this time (early January). The restaurants and the gated city are therefore reached on foot in minutes. Very good stay, I would recommend.
